Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy I understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules may change. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Policy Details: 1. Notice Requirement: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. 2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of your service(s). • Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in a fee of 50% of your service(s). 3. How to Cancel or Reschedule: You can cancel or reschedule through my booking site (Gloss Genius) or via text (210) 392-8040. Ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation or reschedule to avoid charges. 4. Exceptions: I understand emergencies happen. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact me, and I will address these on a case-by-case basis. 5. Prepaid Appointments or Deposits: • Deposits for appointments canceled within the 24-hour window are non-refundable. • If you reschedule, your deposit may be applied to the new appointment at our discretion.
